After working in banking for 11 years, founder and CEO Antoine Skinner set his sights on real estate investing. He turned to his best friend and wife of 13 years and sold her on the vision. The two founded New Dawn Homes, LLC in 2017, invested in their investment knowledge, and built a team of industry professionals. Along with the business systems of success, Antoine and Kenosha have also implemented an advisory board with over 15 years of real estate experience to guide their vision.
